i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a good selection. the restaurant served tasty food and i liked that.
i noticed the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations and tv noise from other rooms. also the heating wasn't working properly in my room at first. i had to wait for a radiator to be brought up

The restaurant featured beautiful decor in the bar and dining area. Breakfast offered a full range of food and drinks. I enjoyed it. Housekeeping services were really good.
I found no cold water in the shower, a problem. The phone in the room did not work. Breakfast involved queueing at a coffee MACHINE.

I could hear normal conversations in the rooms around me. The walls seem thin.

the hotel provides good access to tramore and the copper coast. transport to the city center takes approximately nine minutes by car, which i found convenient. it is a modern building.
